We're an independent advisory service. Tell us your address and what you need the internet for, and we'll walk you through what's available, the advertised pricing and applicable fees, and how to get started.
Free to call. We may receive a referral fee if you choose to order through a participating provider.
(888) 469-9389Call a provider directly and you'll hear about their own plans, on their terms. An independent look can show you whether another available option may better suit your address and needs.
Most headline prices last 12 months. We walk through the ongoing price after that, and what equipment or install fees usually get added on.
What's "the best plan" changes block by block depending on what actually runs to your building. We check your specific address, not a generic list.
Those all require access to your account, which only your own provider has. For any of them, call the number on your bill. We'd only be a detour.
No. We're an independent advisory service with no affiliation to any provider. We don't hold your account, we can't see your bill, and we have no access to any provider's systems. If you're looking for your own provider's customer service, the number is on your bill or on their official website.
No. Spectrum Internet Deals is an independent advisory and referral service. We are not Spectrum and are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spectrum. We may discuss Spectrum's plans by name so you can compare options, but that's for identification only.
Nothing. The call is free and the advice is free. When someone chooses a plan and orders through us, the provider pays us a referral fee. That's how we're funded, and you should know it before you call.
No. We work with participating national and regional providers, but we may not work with every provider available at your address. If the best option for you isn't one we can order for you, we'll tell you who it is and you can go to them directly.
No. Plenty of calls end with "stay where you are, you're already on a good deal." If that's the answer, that's the answer.
No. Those both require direct access to your account, which we don't have and never will. Call your current provider's number for that — it's on your latest bill.
Only if you ask us to follow up, or if you're mid-order and need to finish setting it up. If you don't want to be contacted again, tell your advisor or reach out using the contact details in our Do Not Call Policy, and we'll add you to our internal do-not-contact list.
Your full service address including ZIP, and a rough idea of what the connection is for — how many people, whether anyone works from home, whether you stream or game heavily. If you're already with a provider, your current monthly bill is useful for comparison.
No account needed. No obligation. Just a straight answer about your address.
